Waves Event Venue is your one stop shop, boasting an exquisite 5,100 sf space with an intimate setting for your special occasion. We are a newer venue that offers beautiful contemporary surroundings in the prime area of Lake Mary, Florida. Beautiful hardwood floors and big windows with natural lighting invite you in to Waves.

Waves is an “OPEN VENDOR VENUE.” Which in essence means if Grandma wants to do the cooking for your event, Grandma can do the cooking! We do not bind you to use any of our vendors, but if you need some guidance, check out our preferred vendors list!

When you rent with us, we offer you two package options. BUT if you don’t see a package that fits your needs, please feel free to give us a shout and we will create a special package just for you!

Our “WAVES” package is a 14 hour rental, 10:00am too Midnight, take your time! This package is great for Weddings & Receptions, Receptions Only, Big Birthday Celebrations, etc. Waves has a 170 guest capacity, however, 150 max guests works out best for grand set ups
